Estimating the Future of Electronic Health Information System in Society

Background: The health information system provides an integrated platform and connection between the actors of regardless temporal spatial limitations. Objective This study aims to investigate factors affecting development electronic record (EHR) predict future this in Iran. Methods: In descriptive study, identification main for HER designing scenarios was done using a questionnaire completed by 33 managers experts technology hospitals medical universities Guilan Qazvin provinces Data were analyzed SPSS v. 22 Expert Choice 11 applications. Results: Three dimensions six criteria determined explain development. Dimensions included: content, architecture, security. were: Manpower, hardware software infrastructure, speed access services, operating costs, not dependent on internet, comprehensiveness.
